Business to Business Sales Advisor

Overall purpose of the role
To promote the client’s products and services by calling customers, engaging them in a business conversation and identifying potential sales opportunities.
Responsibilities of the role for the
• To meet the agreed sales and productivity targets
• To use campaign information to contact customers in a controlled way and to manage the Sales Force CRM system effectively and ensure all relevant customer information is entered onto the system.
• To sell solutions from the BT product range that fit the customers’ requirements
• To generate sales leads for the Field, Data and Mobile Sales team
• To provide accurate reporting information
• To interface with other BT departments as/when necessary on behalf of your customer
• The post holder will understand the regulatory, fair trading, competition, anti- corruption and bribery and security rules relating to their work sufficiently to be able to comply with them, relying on their ability to recognise that they need specialist advice.

Understands customer’s issues and works to understand customer business drivers so that they can genuinely meet their need.
