TLC has a vacancy for an experienced qualified Leadership & Management Assessor. You will be joining a prestigious OFTSED grade 2, national training provider to support with their levy employer apprenticeship delivery of new standards qualifications.

We are looking for candidates that have a passion for training, mentoring, coaching and wish to see others achieve and gain national recognized qualifications. You will be required to work with learners each month on a one to one basis developing their skills and knowledge. Experience of stand and deliver training will be a bonus but is not a requirement as training and support will be provided.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience of working on the new standards is desirable but not a requirement as training and support will be provided if the standards are new to you.

A requirement of the role is you must hold either TAQA Level 3, A1 or D32/33 (this will have to be provided prior to interview)
