How We Can Help
Traditional Recruitment
Hargreaves Recruitment will manage the full 360 of your recruitment process taking the stress out of your recruitment journey. We work with you to provide a bespoke recruitment process and work as an extension of your business throughout. This service is charged at 18% of the candidate’s annual salary. A free replacement is offered within 12 weeks.
Retained Recruitment
A similar model to our traditional model but with a payment plan in place. The payment is split into 3. A third is taken when you sign up, a third is taken when interviews are confirmed and the final payment is taken when the candidate commences employment with your business.
CV Sourcing Service
Hargreaves Recruitment will work with you to understand the requirements of the vacancy you have. We will provide an agreed amount of CV’s that meet your requirements in an agreed time for a fixed fee of £150 per hour. This option works well for employers that are able to control their own recruitment process but require initial support.
