Calum contacted Hargreaves for headhunting training as the team within the business wanted to move away from using external recruitment agencies. Pre-covid headhunting was a lot easier than it is post covid. This now looks like employer branding, social media strategies, interactive careers pages, attraction strategies that don't include using job platforms, creating organic talent pools of your ideal candidate and how to nurture candidates as emailing one time to a candidate isn't enough anymore......
