Salary – £20,400
Full Time | 9am-5pm | WF4, Wragby, City and Borough of Wakefield

To work with the Business Unit:
To achieve the monthly objectives and requirements as agreed.
Gross Profit Budget
Account Maximisation Support
Promoting All Company Incentives
Ensure all relevant administration in kept up to date.
All reports are completed in time and accurate.
To ensure that the Company’s Strategic/Operational objectives are achieved.
Agree and work with your Line Manager/Director in setting clear operational objectives, ensure they are monitored, and the necessary action implemented to achieve.
Ensure you provide a caring service to the customer.
Carry out supportive field visits where appropriate with external staff.
Submit the necessary information and reports as requested by the company to the agreed deadlines.
Ensure you take part in a regular briefing and debriefing with your Team Leader to monitor performance, identify weak areas and training requirements.
Be conscious of company costs where possible and minimise unnecessary expenditure.
Ensure all Health and Safety matters are understood, and due care and attention is taken where necessary.
Be prepared to carry out any other tasks at the Company’s request.
To work in conjunction with your Line Manager to ensure all company objectives are achieved, including both individual/company targets. Supporting all company initiatives and making sure all administration is kept updated and completed on time.
